SMS Terms & Conditions
Program name and operator
These terms govern the ZP Coverage SMS Program (the “Program”). ZP Coverage is a trade name of Sentinel Holdings I LLC. Text messages under the Program are sent by ZP Coverage, or on ZP Coverage’s behalf by its contracted service provider, Value Reactor, LLC, which acts solely at ZP Coverage’s direction.
Message categories and opt-in
The Program includes two separate message categories, each with its own separate, optional opt-in on our website forms:
- Account notification messages — quote updates, request confirmations, and status alerts related to your inquiry. You receive these only if you checked the account notification consent box on our form.
- Marketing and promotional messages — special offers, discounts, and insurance-related promotions from ZP Coverage. You receive these only if you checked the separate marketing consent box on our form.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any ZP Coverage products or services. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, according to your mobile carrier’s rate plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any ZP Coverage text message. After you send STOP, we may send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website form.
Replying STOP to a marketing message opts you out of marketing messages. You may also opt out of all messages at any time by emailing [email protected].

Privacy of your mobile information
Your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Carriers
Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of ZP Coverage’s control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
